• Mentally disabled Girl “Shanti” found  wandering the streets by Gopal Gurubg , joins  NAG.

• Pema Dhandul wins second prize in “College art competition”.
• Thakuri Family go to Switzerland. Surjay Tamang and Frederic Perrier look after NAG
• HE-NAGers class 12 - all students passed exams.
• Bir Bhadur leaves NAG.

• NAG celebrates its 16th Birthday with DJ B-Man and all the NAG dancers and Bands.
• New Boy Buddha Magar Lama joins NAG
• NAG starts construction on Saraswati extension for more classrooms and dorms.

October

• NAG celebrated Dasai holiday and Tihar with barbeques, games, dancing etc.
• Many tourists visit NAG , some bringing clothes.
• NAG Stiftung member Brigitte Weiss and husband visit  NAG.
• Biki Rai leaves NAG.
• New Boy Arun Karki joins NAG.
• Gopal Gurung leaves NAG but continues studying fine arts and working at NAG as the art teacher.

• Surjay learns from Swiss “profis” Andreas Sauter and Nick Wick  how to take care of our 2 generators.
• New girl Kavita Puri joins NAG.
• New Boy Suraj Singh joins NAG.
• Kids enjoy a  free “Rai ko Ris” concert  and magician in  NAG’s dining room..
• Simran (Kanchi) Chettri marries Mohamed Kursid, leaving NAG but continuing to study.

• The Mobile Soup Kitchen gives out old winter clothes to the street kids.
• Ex-NAGer Thakur Thapa gives NAG a live rooster and hen from his farm.
• NAG hosts the first “Jeeten Thakuri Memorial Basketball tournament” The NAG girls win Gold and NAG boys Silver.
• NAG celebrates X-mas with disco, dancing, presents and great food.
